City of San Diego Requirement

The City of San Diego requires all Business Improvement Districts to post the following documents publicly: all regular meeting agendas; approved meeting minutes; the Contractor's bylaws; any annual audits or financial disclosures; the annual report; and all contracts awarded using BID assessments of $5,000 or more — including the number of bidders for each contract, noted in the upper right-hand corner of the posted contract.
